What an ingredient label can and cannot tell you
Many ordinary shampoos list a small amount of EDTA too. We checked the official Daraz listings on 21 October 2026: Sunsilk Black Shine, TRESemmé Keratin Smooth and Lifebuoy Herbal list Disodium EDTA and citric acid, and Dove Hairfall Rescue lists citric acid with no EDTA.
