Bloom 10-wash money-back guarantee

Use Hard Water Fix for 10 washes. If your hair does not feel different, WhatsApp us on +92 330 9998215 within 30 days of delivery and tell us your order number. We will refund the full price of the order. You do not need to return the bottle.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp +92 330 9998215 within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet to the account you give us. Card orders are refunded to the original card. We will confirm by message once the refund has been sent.

Cancellations
